Honestly this thing is a little terrifying and intimidating at first. 😂 but!!!! Once you figure it out and get used to it, it really is amazing. It has several different attachments you can use, which is great! I've tried them all out except the orthodontist one, because I don't have braces. I have charged it once since I got it for like 20 minutes and it is still going strong weeks later. It has several different speeds, which is great for different attachments. If you use it on high, I do have to refill the water to use it throughly. My teeth/mouth have honestly never felt as clean with regular flossing as it does with this. My breath feels fresher way longer too! It comes with a pouch to carry it in, and a drawstring bag , which is really great! The packaging itself was awesome. Everything about it and the flosser and attachments say high quality. I am excited to check out other products from this brand.

I originally bought this product in late November 2024. Initially, I thought it to be wonderful. I liked the amount of force that the Flosser put forth to floss my teeth.Unfortunately, after using it a little over a month, the flosser would not recharge. I tried everything such as buying a new wall plug to insert the US Cable. This didn't solve the problem.Then I sent in a complaint to the Manufacturer and did not get a response. So, I went through Amazon to complain and Amazon allowed me to return the product and I agreed to get a replacement.So, the replacement came in the month of February. I used the Flosser until April 9th. On that day, the Flosser stopped completely during flossing even though water remained in the tank. I had just recharged the Flosser. I attached the Flosser for charging and the light comes on and says it's recharged. Manual says it takes 16 hours to recharge. The Flosser was attached to the charger for 24 hours. I have made several attempts and the Flosser will not turn on. I believe this product is overpriced at $100 I tried to return the product to Amazon but Amazon won't take the return. Since, I ordered it through Amazon I don't know how I am going to be able to return the product.I don't have a way to recycle it because of the battery and I guess I have to pay the shipping to return the item.Wish I could have bought this from a local retail store. I'm sure I would be able to return it. The product has not been functional 2 months. My husband bought a flosser in November. Paid less money and has had no problem.

Seems to work well, will know more after my next dentist appointment. The water reservoir runs out while using it, and I need to refill it half way through (maybe I'm using it wrong)... On more than one occasion, I have had he tip come out of my mouth (while using) and squirt the mirror above the sink - I've done this less as I get more skilled using it.The button to change to power/speed is a little close to the power button and can be accidentally pushed... although, when looking for that button (while using), it's a little hard to find by "feel". I think having it "bump out" or something to make it easier to feel would be helpful. Lots of accessories, but I'm pretty much sticking to one tip.The charge seems to last (almost) a week.

I would highly recommend this product to someone who are planning to start their day fresh and hygienic. I loved it.Firstly, I was little hesitant to order but after the first use I can see the difference in my mouth, teeth and breath.I tried many other products but this is the best.Setup was super easy and the pressure settings are great. Honestly, my mouth never felt this fresh with regular floss.Just to check battery life, I have charged for 10mins and started to use and it's perfect and worked well.Based on gum sensitivity we can change the pressure level.Good part is it comes with a nice carrying bag which is super easy to carry when you are travelling.

After receiving and using it, I’m very pleased with the operation of this product. I use it twice a day to keep my gums healthy and removing any food particles.I’ve had others in the past, but they were bulky and took up a lot of counter space.I strongly recommend this product, it’s easy to use and has a variety of settings that are perfect for your liking and it comes with several different attachments and a travel bag for those who are on the go.
