Good quality, nice theme, added some charm to the party
I used these 2nd Birthday Decorations for a birthday today, and I must say they are of excellent quality. We filled them with helium gas, and they floated beautifully. The set includes a Number 2 balloon, a blue bow balloon, a white cloud balloon, a blue star balloon, and blue elephant balloons. Everything looked fantastic and added a touch of charm to our blue-themed party. The birthday boy, who turned 2 today, was absolutely delighted with the decorations!
