Good camera, i like it good sensorTHE batteri life is good, good design

This is not actually a one-star review. Its a FYI for everyone who is looking through the one-star reviews because theirs doesn't work anymore. Like me, many find that it works great for a while, then when you go to charge it, it doesn't charge, and doesn't turn on. The cable and charger that they send with the device is somehow proprietary and the only way to charge the device. A standard USB-C cable and charger from any other device won't work. You have to use the included one.UPDATE: HKMicro really has amazing service. After reading my review, they contacted me immediately to see what they could do to help. I can not tell you how rare it is that a company has such good after-sale support that they contact you when you have a problem.

This camera works very well and I have no complaints about the build quality or accuracy. You have to know the emissivity of the object you're measuring to get accurate measurements. There's handy information about common items all over the Internet so it should be pretty easy. I hope I get years of good use out of this camera so far it's a winner!

Really good screen clarity. Easy to navigate the settings menu. You can even set an absolute temperature scale range (which is what I use). I'm using this to pinpoint hotspots of GPUs and electrical connections in our AI data center. Works perfectly so far.

I decided to get the best one i could instead of going cheaper and wishing i spent the extra money later. I have a flir one gen 3 in my tool backpack but its a hassle setting it up. Don’t get a tool that needs your phone to function I have learned. I freekin love this thing and it barely fits the slot I had my IR temp gun. Don’t get the cheaper $200 gun. Get this one you will be so happy u did!
