My kids pediatrician wanted him to take magnesium to help him sleep. Unfortunately he hates swallowing large pills. We tried these gummies and he likes the taste and they are easy to chew. They definitely work because we notice when he takes them he falls asleep faster and when we skip them he has a hard time falling asleep.
