Surprisingly Ample.
Was hesitant at first, as I have a high-end audiophile system at home; but needed something versatile, but more contemporary. Sound volume isn't going to blow anyone away, but distortion was minimal at the higher end of a normal listening spectrum. Lack of EQ is frustrating, considering the price; but the user interface and controls are simple to use.The turntable, belt and counter-weight have to be assembled, but we were up an running in less than 10 minutes, from the moment we un-boxed.Packaging was sufficient for the item, no noticeable damages or electrical concerns.The staining process of the wood housing was sub-standard. Either we received a re-furb (and was not told) or it was missed during the QC process.... considering that I am 100% certain this is made in Asia, I won't get wrapped up in those details, as the stained area in question, is hidden when a record is playing.For the Price, I would have expected a little more attention to detail, and perhaps some additional features, but, so long as it lasts me 10-years, I consider it a worthy option.

The media could not be loaded. It’s way overpriced. The main issue I have is with the turntable. It’s low quality plastic and sounded very cheap.

I have changed my rating due to lack of support from Hym.
I love the product, it's beautiful and it works great. Sounds like a symphony in a tiny box. Quality all over the place. If I could take one thing with me on a desert island it would be my Hym Seed.Weeks waiting for a response about a noisy power brick. Support is important and Hym seems to be ignoring me.

Incredible quality. The sound really needs to be heard to believe. I love the looks and this has become quite the conversation piece in my home when i have friends over.
