HENCKELS Statement Razor-Sharp Compact Chef Knife, German Engineered Informed by 100+ Years of Mastery, 6-inch

Had this knife about 2 weeks now and absolutely love it! Blade is an excellent size and shape. It was delivered very sharp. I must admit, I usually touch up any new knife, but this one did not need it at all. So far, this knife has been a 9 out of 10. If anything changes, I will let you know.

I first bought an 8" Henkels chef's knife, but as a smaller person - 5'3", 105 lbs - it was a little unwieldy for me. This 6" knife fits my hand well, and my husband now uses the 8" version. :)

This is now my go to all around chef's knife. I have small hands and the size and weight are perfect. Very balanced. It works beautifully and the sale price was unbeatable. Very impressed

Got this on sale at a steep discount. Would have been a little unhappy had I paid full price. It is very sharp and feels like it is of good quality. But, it is kind of thin and lightweight. I would not try and cut up a chicken with it. I don't think it would fair well with bones. But, it is very sharp and will do fine for veggies and soft meats.

These knives are far superior then anything I ever used.(and I tried every price range)Easily cuts through cherry tomatoes. Holds its sharp edge.Perfectly balanced.Priced Right
