Camera has great features when it works in conjunction with the phone app. App needs a little work, but it worked fine to show footage. Instructions on the manual needed clarity, but seller was able to provide clearer instructions through email, which they send after purchase.

This is a great camera at a great price. Has all the features you need. Easy to mount as it is compact and light weight. The software is easy to set up and use. Nice picture quality even wireless. Excellent support. Had an auto focus problem and when we could not get it quite right they sent me a replacement which was delivered very quickly.

Camera reliability and picture quality are good value for the price. Love that you can tilt/pan/zoom. Reason for only 2 stars is because of a major security flaw. Upon setup I immediately went in and changed the cameras default user name and password. I used tiny Camera pro on my phone to access rather than the default app (camhi) . I scanned for available cameras on my home network and this one popped up with no problem. However after adding the camera to the app, the video live stream worked without having to use any login credentials. I went back to the camera settings and double checked that I had indeed setup a user name and password. I tinkered around with the settings but no matter what I did didn't change the fact that the camera stream could be accessed without ever entering a username and password. After several hours I found that if I disabled onvif, disabled p2p, and changed "rtsp permission check" to "on" (why isn't this on by default?), the camera stream wouldn't work until I entered the correct login credentials. Buyer beware - you need to take special care to properly secure this camera. Too many default settings that leave you vulnerable to breach for me to recommend

The camera was larger than I anticipated but it seems to be sturdy. Set up on wifi was easy. I had some difficulties with getting pictures and videos to save to the sd card, but Kevin at customer service helped to solve my issues. He answered my emails quickly and sent videos or documents to explain how to solve my problems. Great service.A couple issues that I had with the camera: Attaching the bracket to the wall is a pain with the large camera in the way. I removed it, screwed the bracket in place and reattached the camera. The small screws used in various places on the camera will make it a challenge for those with larger hands or less nimble fingers. Documentation is very poor so be prepared to ask for help. I couldn't figure out the zoom feature as it doesn't work like my old camera did. You have to hold the zoom "button" to make it move instead of tapping like I was used to. A short explanation in the users manual would help with this. It would also be nice if they would explain the various section selections instead of just restating what you see in the app. I also had trouble getting alarms sent to my email but that was an issue with gmail, not the camera. I fixed that with an app password. After numerous emails, it is up and working and I'm impressed with the camera picture and customer service. Thanks Kevin.

This is a great camera. I'm more than pleased with the quality it is the best I've seen for a IP66 unit, even has a rubber seal under the globe to ensure moisture and bugs are kept out. Installation of the SD Card went well, just struggled to unscrew the globe (good, as it's well sealed), but the pictures and instructions were very helpful. Picture is quite excellent for a 960P camera and especially good in the Sun when going from shaded area into sunlight. Am in the process of setting up the audio function, so will not review that except to note the HiP2P panels appear reasonably strait forward but could have a little more information in the manual.My really strong views and recommendations are that I WOULD BUY any product I needed from this vendor Kevin Well as he is so responsive, even sending the setup with associated links 2 days ahead of delivery....excellent Kevin.I subsequently asked Kevin to send me information on when/if he will be marketing a 1080P camera as I'm quite willing to wait to buy my next camera from him as his support is well worth the wait.Because of my really good experiences with both support and the Camera I have recommended it to a friend.Great Job Kevin!

Other than it's a bit larger than I expected this camera has a very good image and is easy to setup and operate. I use it for general front yard surveillance and it's nice to be able to zoom in on the bird feeder and bird watch. Very pleased. I mounted it at the base of the second story and run the power line directly through the wall to the plug-in adapter. The other short lines I curled up into a house colored electrical box I added to mount the camera on.(I don't need audio).

The quality in construction seems to be there, I unfortunately could not get it to stay connected to either a dedicated FiOS WiFi or my jetpack hotspot. Minus 1 start. No response from customer service, so I'm dropping another star for dedication from the manufacturer. Tried to return it to an Amazon locker that is ALWAYS full, now I have one sitting in a box that is beyond return window. Minus another star to Amazon locker.

Although the camera came without included documentation, a quick setup instruction download was emailed to me by the seller prior to camera arrival. Camera works great under control of iPhones and iPads. Seller has been very responsive to questions.
