Was east to put together- Took 1 person 30 minutes. There are only about 8 stages. The nuts and bolts are already in the correct holes, you just need to unscrew them and attach the correct part of the bike. (There is also a really useful you tube video of how to put this together if that’s easier to follow than the written instructions.) The bike is very comfortable- the seat is nice and wide. It’s easy to change resistance when you’re ready to make the pedalling a bit harder. The screen shows time/distance travelled/ speed/ calories. I am a real novice when it comes to exercise. This is a great way to do low impact keep fit in the privacy of your own home. Folds up when not needed, but to be honest, it’s a neat unobtrusive bike, so I tend to leave it out so that I am reminded to go on it. Overall, I think this is a good, sturdy and very well priced bike. I’m delighted with it!

I'm a bit disappointed in this hence the rating but I want to be fair to it.Pro's:Has adjustable foot cuffs.Has adjustable tension.Has a screen to track your progress *Even though it will be under my desk and I won't care to look at the screen*.Sturdy enough and it's functional.Works under my desk.Comes with tools and screws needed.Cons:The adjustable tension is a guess and worked out by feel as there is no number indicators etc.The finish is awful in the parts you can't see when put together but when put together only minor finish issues so it doesn't scream high quality.One of the screws wouldn't go into one of the base legs, not an issue but annoying.Update: I've added a star as I am quite happy overall with the product and have been using it more, it's usability is pretty good only thing I'd say is if you have small feet wear shoes while using it. The company also reached out and offered a replacement or refund because I wasn't 100% Happy, I didn't respond as I am definitely keeping and using it but it's nice that the seller cared to follow up.The long and short is unless you are spending £100+ on one of these this is probably as good as it's going to get.

For the price - and I couldn't afford more - this a great little product. It's easy to put together. It's pretty sturdy, although we found it helps to place a heavy doormat under the non-slip mat. If you want a smooth turn of the pedals, rather than a feeling of coming to a dead stop every time you depress a pedal, then you need to experiment a bit to find the optimal distance of the machine from the chair - and also adjust your posture. But I found my happy medium within five minutes. OK, so it's not like cycling an exercise bike in a gym. But then look at the price.I bought this because my mum, 83, relies on going for long walks every day to keep fit and healthy, and she can't do that now, during this quarantine period. She's much happier now that she has this little bike (she likes to keep her feet in it constantly, and cycle when the mood takes her). I like it too. It does work the muscles, and is gently aerobic. And when it gets warmer I can take it outside and exercise on the patio, in the fresh air.

Just had the same experience as another user, so I'll copy/paste what they said and edit it a bit as it otherwise sums up exactly what happened to me:I bought this to use at home as I sit at my pc for hours and thought this could help me live a healthier lifestyle.Using it pretty sporadically over about six months, it was great. Worked as expected and was used for around an hour and a half each day. The display which shows calories lost, distance travelled, time spent in use is really great and makes it easier to track progress as time goes on.Unfortunately, now the resistance knob has stopped working. This means the resistance can no longer be adjusted and has to be used at its weakest resistance, which is like doing nothing. It looks like it just slowly wears itself out and then becomes pretty useless. Shame.

The media could not be loaded. Assembly: Easy to assemble.- The bolt on the pedals is designed so the included wrench can only fit at a certain angle. The rest of the bolt is curved. This makes sense to reduce friction and potentially loosening after extended cycles of the unit. I noticed some complaints by people saying they couldn't attach pedals with similar products, so just thought I'd mention it.- Came with 1 extra screw + 1 extra washer.- The manual instructs the user to insert a battery into the "training computer" (the display device.) This was NOT necessary.- After removing the display device and clipping it back in, when it snapped back on, the battery half fell out and the button wouldn't work.NOTE: If the button stops working on the display device, maybe the unit got a bang and the battery fell out. When re-attaching the display device, be careful to slowly re-attach to prevent this problem.- - - - - -First impressions:After reading the 1-stars, I was expecting the worst but was pleasantly surprised by the attention put into packaging and what seems to be legs reinforced with steel where the bolts are connected. (I read complaints of parts breaking with similar products so reinforcement is welcome.)The card insert that says they will solve any major problems is a very nice addition.The anti-slip mat works quite well on flat surfaces.All this shows extra thought has been put into making a positive experience for the buyer.- - - - - -First use:After trying it first (see video) I noticed that the motion/resistance was inconsistent. This causes the unit to rock side to side. Rotating the resistance knob doesn't solve this issue.. but maybe it's good for exercise?Will give it 5/5 stars.. unless some major problem arises. I feel it could be cheaper, but it arrived in 1 day by DPD courier and the company has reassured that my satisfaction is guaranteed or they will solve it. The cost of shipping and insurance would be a large portion of the price, so I'm quite satisfied.

This works great for what I need it for. Motion is smooth, it was easy to assemble, works wonderful on carpet(haven't used it on hard floors) however, I also use it for my arms as I'm recovering from a shoulder injury, I just use the mat that came with it when I use it on the table for my arms.

Very good. I got this to help a relative and she just loves it. It is a perfect size and very easy to use.
