This is a bit of an odd bag of products but I am still pleased with it.I received a sling for the H20 steamer (which fitted my HD perfectly, after figuring it out), a microfiber mit, and an odd sort of elasticated microfibre pad for a steam mop head, which is of limited use.However, the sling is exactly what I wanted for the H20 hand-held component, which is really just a bit too heavy when it is full of water. Having the sling means that I can direct the steam with one hand and use an ordinary scrubby brush (or any other tool) with the other. If I can use ordinary scrubby brushes whilst steaming, then I'll get through fewer of the expensive H20 brush heads! Having the sling makes the H20 HD a much more useful tool as now I can move around while I clean, use both hands, and generally lift the thing. If you are arthritic or some such, the sling really will help.Regarding the microfibre mitt - this has received a confused response from some other buyers, but really this is an incredibly useful item to have with a steam cleaner: obviously you can use it to wipe while you steam, but being a mitt, it protects your hand from getting burned! I think it is a fairly logical item to offer with the sling. One side is very absorbent, then you just flip it for a quick drying off of the steamed surface. Steam and wipe, steam and wipe.As for the odd shaped elasticated steam mop pad thingy, I am sure I will fit it onto something else but I would have sooner had another mit instead!Anyway, my thanks to the seller as I'm very pleased and can now use my H20 much more effectively for just a couple of quid. This is a bargain :-D

Came quickly and the harness is good for if you are doing a lot of steaming at height which is really what I wanted it for. Without the sling handle the X5 is not easy to hold in the air.

I was disappointed to find, after I had placed my order, that the window cleaning cloth had become a window cleaning mitt. From the original product description that did not use the word "mitt" I had every reason to believe I was purchasing a cloth for the window cleaning attachment of my steam mop. Fortunately for Amazon, I believe I can adapt the mitt for my purposed. Otherwise, I would have sent the whole lot back.

Holder is great. Takes the weight out the steamer. Bought it for my mum who has bad wrists but after a shot of it I might get one too
