Wow! I received an immediate reply with real, useable advice on coping with the strong flavor. I didn't read the label , of course, and simply put a drop on my finger to try. Let me save you the uck factor. So, I put this on the shelf and ignored it for awhile. But, I really needed the type of magnesium in this, so I wrote the manufacturer, not really thinking I would be heard. YEAH!!! a quick answer, with the dosage translated into my world. THANK YOU!!!! This is now easy to enjoy. I will try to copy the great answer here: "This product is highly concentrated the recommended daily dosage is 1/4 ml to 2 1/2 ml per day. From my measurements using the standard bottle this is approximately 2-20 drops per day (8 drops per ml). I like to mix mine with a liquid water enhancer like MiO or any water flavoring. Additionally the drops can be spread out in drinks throughout the day which will also aid in absorption. In my 20 oz water bottle I will generally put about 5-10 drops and add some flavoring. If I am drinking it without the flavoring it is usually closer to 2-5 drops. I hope this helps. "

Amazing treatment for leg cramps! I know it's hard to believe, but after taking one dose of this liquid my really really really bad leg cramps just go away - withing seconds! Seriously, not even a full minute goes by before they are gone. It's amazing. And. Plus. Also. if I take a dose it will help to keep my over all temperature down. I recommend this solution!

Product is simply amazing! I take magnesium supplements to aid with going to sleep as well as mental awareness during the day. Did you know magnesium deficiency is a cause of lack of mental clarity? I can't give this a great review because I couldn't feel a difference but other people seem to fell positive effects.

We've been using Concentrace Mineral Drops for years, but I recently found this and we're very happy with it. It's less expensive than Concentrace and we find the flavor of our water the same. Win!
