Summer Chiffon High Waist Pleated Big Hem Floor/Ankle Length Beach Maxi Skirt for Women Wedding Party Long Skirts

I bought this skirt to wear as a wedding guest, and here are my thoughts about it:Pros:*Feels like high quality fabric for the price. I've bought many cheap clothing items from Amazon and have been disappointed in quality, but this skirt does not disappoint. It has several layers of chiffon and a slip for extra coverage.*At 5'9", it can be hard to find something that's the right length, but this skirt was perfect. I'm wearing an XXL. I thought it was a little too tight, so I exchanged it for a 5XL. The 5XL actually ended up just being slightly bigger, and a couple of inches longer.*The yellow color is just right. Not too bright, not drab at all.*I love the sash that it comes with. The black belt went in the trash immediately, but the sash was perfect to cover the elastic waist band.*It sits high on the waist which I think it super cute for my plus size frame.Cons:*Sizing is tricky. I originally purchased the XXL which I found to be just a bit too small-- mostly because the slip underneath would bunch up and never fully went over my hips. I wanted to buy the 3XL, but only the 5XL was available, so that's what I bought. Considering I sized up 3 sizes, there wasn't a huge difference in size. The slip was still snug underneath, but better. The length was longer, which for being 5'9" was perfect for me.*The slip seems to be sewn in sideways. Originally, I thought my first skirt was defective, but upon receiving the second skirt, the slip was also in sideways. It's not that big of a deal, but it is a little strange? I'm glad that there is enough fabric so you don't see it.Overall, I love the skirt, and for the price, I think it's a great buy. It can be dressed up or down, which is fun, and I can't wait to wear it!

This skirt has gorgeous, lightweight chiffon layers that move BEAUTIFULLY and float around you like you're a real-life Disney princess whenever you move. It's awesome. I'm 5'1", 110 lbs, typically a XS/S/petite. I ordered a medium and at my natural waist, the skirt just brushes the floor which is exactly the length I wanted! Make sure you really read the sizing chart carefully to get the correct length you want, particularly the "Ankle Length / Floor Length" chart. The skirt came packed with a fabric sash and elastic belt. I'm a 27" waist, and the elastic waistband was quite comfortable.Unfortunately, the white skirt ended up being too sheer for me so I'll need to return it. Even with three layers, it's still very thin fabric and the innermost layer is only about miniskirt length, which is quite apparent in sunlight/bright lighting and ultimately, this skirt is too sheer for my wedding festivities. :) Though I wish the bottom layers were a little thicker, I realize that'd take away from the light, flowy nature of this skirt which is exactly what I love.So in the end, returning the white skirt but I'm racking my brain for reasons to buy this in any other possible (darker) color because it's truly stunning!

Today, 22 June 2017, I have to edit my previous review: This is a REALLY voluminous amount of fabric, so if you intend to take it, say to Europe carry-on like most experienced travelers, it will take up the size of a football in your bag. I asked to return this skirt because it is being fulfilled by Amazon now, in this same color, but instead they want me to ship this very heavy and bulky item back to China for a huge expense! It's heavy so for trips look for one that packs much smaller. Old Review: This lovely skirt arrived today, I ordered it exactly a month ago for a trip coming up, knowing it would take a while. It was worth the wait. It happens to be the exact correct length in size small to fit me while wearing flat sandals or shoes. I am 5'2" and 116 pounds, 27" waist. I am usually a size 2 to 4 or a small. I found the waist elastic a wee bit tight, but not too restrictive. If you are even slightly taller than me, or wish to wear it with heels, you may want to get the medium. The matching sash was included but they also included a really nice wide band elastic belt (in black) and a wired headband and two elastics. I am really pleased with the quality of this product, the packaging and the thoughtful extras. Very nice.

This skirt is BEAUTIFUL. It has 3 layers - one that is short to the knee, one that is all the way down to the bottom, and the outer layer. It moves beautifully and the elastic waistband is quality. It doesn't look cheap at all! I bought two skirts, one in the blush color, but I will be returning it... it looks like a light lavendar or lilac color, not blush. Because I wanted pink, I re-bought in this bright pink color, and it's beautiful. Did not use it for the photos I was planning on, bought a long maxi skirt instead from ChicWish, but I love the color in the flow, so I am going to keep it for date night. PS. Buy LARGER than you think. The waist band stretches a lot, but it's a high quality decently tight elastic. I'm 5'9" athletic 38/31/41, and after reviews decided to order the XL. It was perfect in length, but the elastic was just too tight be long-term comfortable. So went I bought the bright pink I got it in an XXL, and to be honest, the elastic is only mildly bigger, it's still slightly tight. Though going up to an XXXL seems silly. I'm typically a M in normal sizing for tops and most bottoms, sometimes I'm a L bottom. So if you're wondering, GET THIS SKIRT, it's high quality and moves beautifully, but read reviews and look at the size chart to pick the right size. You'll have to size up.
