This product was easy to assemble and only took about 30 minuets from start to finish. Once assembled it was an easy job figuring out the remote control. It worked quietly and quickly to lift my back and head up so that I could find a comfortable position to watch TV or read. The message feature worked well and made for a relaxing 30 minutes before falling asleep. I would recommend this product. I was a little disappointed that we had to disassemble the bed completely to get the frame to fit. In order for it to fit above the bed frame we would have had to use all the legs provided making the bed too high for me. A small inconvenience.

We've only had it for two days.So far we're happy.I don't care for the massage feature...but that's just me.So far I would highly recommend it.I will be back to update in about 6 months!

We bought the King size frame. It was very easy to asssemle. the masssage component works excellent and is very comfortable. This has been the best buy i haave made all year.

Really good frame, easy to assemble.

I went from a queensized frame up to a king. This frame was easy to assemble and put into place. It does take 2 people. My 78 year old husband and I,( not telling my age) had no trouble doing this. It works beautifully and is most comfortable.

Easy-to-assemble, took about 1/2 hour most of which was just to move old frame out of way to put new frame.Delivery brought right inside house and put it right where we needed it.

I have tried to get the brackets to attach to a headboard but no luck. I have emailed the company with no replies. Terrible product support.
