Great box. Fit is perfect. Good size, won't dominate your whole trunk. Kicker square pounds so hard in it. Overall great purchase. Would do again.

Apart at the seems..
Piece of garbage.I put a Fosgate L7 in it and it literally came apart at the seems after 10 mins of hard use.Would not recommend for the L7..it's more in the Brutus category when it comes to handling power..

These aren't compatible with the l7.
I love the construction of the box itself, but they're not compatible with the l7's. Why you ask? Go to the Kicker website and look under the specifications for a 12" l7. There isn't enough airspace in these boxes. The minimum airspace, that's the least amount allocated is 1.75cf, for any of the 12" l7's, no matter which one of the 12" l7's you choose, all require the same airspace, and these don't have it. Now on the other hand, these are perfect amount of airspace for a sealed 10" enclosure. I modified it to take a round subwoofer instead of the square one, and it's perfect amount of airspace, because the VR requires anywhere from .8 cf all the way up to 3 cf of airspace, so that mad this enclosure right smack in the middle. So now I get a sealed enclosure with a lot of the bass of a vented box. And it's also big enough that I could have left it vented, but nahh, I like the punchy bass of a sealed enclosure.I also forgot to mention that there's no L5's in existence. So I don't know how these can be compatible with something that doesn't exist? I've looked to make sure that I just haven't heard of them, nope, don't exist. L7 is a square the L and the 7 together make a ⬛
