Very comfortable on the ear and on the head. You can switch the ear/mike to either left or right, which ever you prefer. Sound quality is pretty good, but noise cancellation could be better I like the little clothing clip to keep the weight of the cord from being bothersome.

I have a “company provided” work phone for when I work from home, but they didn’t provide a headset for home use. Since most of my job involves answering the phone and looking up information, a headset was a must. This headset is specific to my model of phone and was easy to plug in and get going. The boom mic has a thin support rod, but the mic itself is large with a foam cover to prevent “air/breathing” sounds from impacting the call. Sound quality for me is good, and per the people I speak with, they can hear me clearly as well. As I mentioned the support rod is a little thin, as are some other areas of the headset, so I’m a little concerned about how it will hold up with long term daily usage. Obviously in the future if it deteriorates or breaks, I’ll amend my review.

When I ordered this OvisLink Call Center Headset, I was expecting something really special. It was significantly more expensive than my old Plantronics telephone headset, and I was hoping to get a top quality headset. In addition, I would like to point out that the OvisLink Call Center Headset appeared to be very robustly constructed. It is actually much better built than my inexpensive Plantronics headset. That is the end of the good news…The bad news is that the OvisLink Call Center Headset performed terribly. I must admit that I was totally shocked. The OvisLink headset that I received sounded very tinny and scratchy. It truly did not sound nearly as good as my old Plantronics headset. Maybe my OvisLink headset was defective. I honestly do not know. However, I cannot recommend it to you.Summary: 1 Star. It sounds terrible.

Headset fits well and ear piece is very comfortable. Microphone and headset deliver clear sound.The headset had a mid-clip that allows for secure switching from land line phone to microphone port on tablet, computer or cell. The connection does take a bit of force to remove clip but I really like that because it doesn't dislocate in error or by me bumping into anything.Overall, this is a quality set that allows me versatility when working in the office. I can use on my desk phone and then change connections if I have to move to a conference room and need to plug into the computer.
