I really like this product... Came in a nice DIY style kit, really easy to assemble. Clean setup, No mess. The material quality of the walls also feels rigid and premium. I could fit in easily. It was relaxing. However I faced an issue though, after 3 months of use. The inflatable ring had a small leak, but the ICECODE customer service had a prompt response to the problem. They resolved the issue by offering a complete replacement of the unit with a totally new one (even offered doorstep pickup). Received the new unit within a week. Now I use it for regular ice baths. It has been an awesome experience overall. Thanks ICECODE.PS: it will require lots of ICE.

Poor quality material. The inflatable tube torn itself only

This is huge for one person @5'6. I can completely stretch my legs out and the water covers my shoulders. Inflatable top edge is comfortable to lean against. Quality materials, easy set up. Since moving to India, I needed to have a place to cool off at home and this fits perfectly on my balcony. Good value for quality and size compared to the single tubs on the market.

It's a pretty good product. Well packed. Retains the water well. Spacious to sit inside for a good 15-30 minutes too. Perfect height as well. Fits in a typical balcony too.

This is a fake company which sends product which is very low in quality .. also there are things missing in the package .. also when I complaint about it . Not even a single call or effort to solve the problem .. PLEASE DO NOT BUY IT

ice tub material quality is good. can able to hold large quantity of water, leg space is good & holding the cold temperature for 2 days, if we properly seal it

This is a decent ice bath model. The product arrived quickly, no issues, and I have been happy with the size and its capacity to keep the water cold.Unfortunately there is an issue regarding the outlet tap, which this week abruptly detached from the bath. As the images show, the plastic thread is glued onto a moulded ring but it has snapped off of its own accord. This may be a result of hardening from the cold (for the first 20 uses of the bath, the water was about 11 degrees; this week I got the water temperature down to 7 degrees and this is the result).The bath is under warranty, so I will be reaching out to Ice Code. Hopefully I can report back a resolution and upgrade my review to 4 or 5 stars. It's certainly a decent ice bath and does the job well, but this could be a known point of failure and should not happen after a mere 20 or so uses.
