Easy to use with preparation and super effective
It is easy to apply. Make sure you have white spirit available to clean any items you don't mean to get the paint on. It's a thickish material with some fibre bits. Time will tell how effective it is over the long run but for the short term it is very effective.

What it says on the tin ,but
Good roofing paint, do not drag it out like gloss paint , needs to be put on thick, I have used this roofing paint many times, one thing though 2 of the tins I bought were only 2 thirds full,

Nothing
Put on with a roller, two coats , plus going to do another coat.just awaiting a downpour to see how effective it's going to be .easy enough to use and dried quickly enough.

Does what it says
Works well, applied to a lead bay window gutter that was leaking due to some puncture holes from a previous poor repair, applied and even though it rained before it was fully cured prevented any water ingress.
