Good quality product
Overall this case is a fairly good bit of kit. It get not just two, but three birds with one stone! With it being a case, portable charger AND a very high quality 360 degree video camera all in one! It’s easy to tell as soon as you touch the case itself that it is of a very high quality and I believe it to look very sleek and modern, one of the features I think is the best is that the camera part itself is detachable from the case and comes with its own little carry pouch. So if you’re on holiday for example and see something you’d like to capture you can just pull the camera attachment out and mount it to the case in seconds! Shooting 360 degree video was a first for me on this one but sometimes it’s just the thing you need to capture those exact moments, it is operated through an app which is downloadable onto your phone completely free! The downside however is that the regular photo camera isn’t as good as it could perhaps be and the price is rather high. Unless you feel as though you’d use the 360 degree function regularly it may not be the wisest of investments. The charging capability of it being used as a portable charger is fairly good however! Performing better than quite a few portable chargers that I have used personally. In short it is an outstanding case that is without a doubt fit for purpose but rather expensive if it isn’t going to be used to its full potential on a regular basis.

A very well made and designed accessory for the iPhone
Ion is a UK-based company. A very high quality device that gets four stars simply due to value for money (it is quite expensive and probably £50 over-priced) but is a very well made and designed accessory for the iPhone. It has quite a luxury quality and is as good as an Apple accessory in terms of design and build, as reflected in the price. You get a 'baseplate' case which protects the back of the phone, allows access to all the ports and gives you an additional 1400mAh battery, thus giving your phone more oompf between charges. The clip-on lens accessory comes with a nice codura sleeve for storage and slips on the top of the phone and works with the free App that you download from the App Store. This App and lens allow you to take a multitude of effects, inclusing fisheye effects and seamlessly stitched panaromas. If you feel you can justify the cost, this device can be highly recommended.

Poor App Compatibility. Never worked!
I am sorry but this product was a complete waste of time and effort. I could not make it work. I spent half an hour installing, re-installing the app, booting, rebooting my phone (iPhone 7) but this camera never worked. I am quite good at technology but for some reason this was so not user friendly that I have given up on it. The app was glitched and kept freezing and was never able to detect the camera when attached to the phone.I would not recommend this camera. It needs a lot of improvements as in terms of app compatibility. I wish I could comment on the actual use of the camera but unfortunately it never worked for me.

Great video but at great cost.
This is the ION360 U Phone case for the iPhone 7 which features a built in battery and a HD 360-Degree Camera. The extra power on offer is a welcome addition to any and all iPhone users, that power means you can shoot and stream much longer on a single charge (as well as background usage.) The camera is excellent quality (better than that found on the iPhone) and has several additional advantages such as the 360-degree HD capacity. Build quality is very high (likely the highest quality phone case I've came across so far) and its easy to fit to the iPhone. The software is pretty decent with options to capture photo, video or livestream with various settings easily and quickly. However taking "normal" photos resulted in the same quality as you would expect from the iPhone camera. It does excel when it come to recording video, resulting in a much higher quality end product with editing options.Sadly I found there were much more negative points that positive ones. Firstly this is a large, heavy and chunky phone case which adds more bulk and weight to the iPhone - granted you don't have to keep it attached to your phone however that would mean carrying it around when not in use. The battery seems to be on par with much (much) cheaper battery cases (less than fifty pounds) offering the same duration of charge, so that means that the bulk of the price tag must be for the camera?Overall an interesting idea, however a few limitations and the aforementioned problems (not to forget the price tag) means that I'm struggling to find reasons to recommend this to you. If your a full time YouTuber that uses their phone to create connect and who often does live-feeds (and who has a deep pocket) then this might help you out massively. However otherwise I'd stay clear.
