We purchased an 11 week old Russell Terrier puppy from a breeder. Reading this book provided invaluable information prior to picking her up. Highly recommend.

There is nothing to dislike.

The book is helpful the only down side is that the pictures are in black and white. Would be much better in colour especially for the kids to look at.

This book is a great book for anyone, considering a Jack Russell as their first dog, or for anyone who’s never had a Jack Russell. I bought it hoping I would learn something new after having Jack Russells for over 25 years but unfortunately it just reaffirms what I learned over the years. It’s still a great read and entertaining with the stories it tells within.

Great guide for new JRT owners. Book gives great insight on the breed. Gives useful tips and trick of things you could to with you dog. Last part of the book got me too emotional left me with a biter sweet taste afterwards. But the overall book is an excellent book.
