Reliable and Easy – My Go-To Water Filter Replacement!

Excellent filter

Good replacement at good price
I have purchased before twice in pairs and fing they work the same as the G.E brand. These cost less and I find it easy to buy two and my GE refrigerator reminds me to replace every six months. You do need to follow the GE instructions on exact placement in the filter cabinet and not force the slim door shut or the filter head piece may break. then it’s ruined.

Good quality - lower price
The carbon filter installation went just fine without a leaking seal during the lifetime of the filter. No carbon leakage once the filter was purged. Due to the nature of a carbon filter, there is no way to determine if it ever reaches it's full load of organics -- so how can anyone determine how effective the filter was vs. the GE OEM brand. If they contain similar amounts and particle size of carbon - they will perform the same. If you think you have a lot of organics in your water supply, change it more often - if your usage (family size as example is only 2 people) is low, extend the life of the filter change. Save some money and get this brand.
