Can't handle 10 kV
10kV went right through it on the first use:/

Fail at low voltages, Dissipation doubles or quadruples and capacitance falls.
I wish I had read the reviews. These caps are probably mis-rated on their voltage rating, 6 of the 12 I bought have failed with less then 5 minutes in service. Max voltage 8kv. Don't waste your money. I would suggest the seller pull these from their product line. I will be sending them back.

It may be an example of early mortality and the bathtub curve I prefer to return the product.
Soon after using one of the capacitors it failed at only 10 kv even though it is rated at 20 kv.
