I have now come to understand how important it is to keep your yeast happy and healthy, it's not just an ingredient it's more a friend, feed your friend and your friend will repay ten fold

My yeast are telling me this is a party starter for them, whenever they get some, they are ready to roll. I am kind of worried they may be addicted, but hey, as long as they do their job, who am I to judge.

Does what it should, helps with faster, cleaner home brews in wine, mead and ales )don't do larger) expensive here compared to the USA. Only criticism is the resealable opening the tear line is very close the the seal making it difficult to open and after a while difficult to close as it attracts moisture and clumps.

I recently tried Youngs Yeast Nutrient and was sorely disappointed, and thought it ruined the quality of my batch. THIS nutrient SAVED it, it’s so effective at activating and assisting yeast without compromising flavour! Very easy to use but be cautious at how much you use as it’s easy to cause an accidental spillage. Worth every penny.

It probably works, I used it for making mead, but I can't say for certain, whether I would have had the say results, if I hadn't used it, I haven't made any without it. As honey is quite expensive, I not prepared to take that chance, so I will continue to use it. Take from that ,what you will.

Used once not really seeing any benefit.
