Excellent Texture, Nonintrusive Flavor
As a certified Spaghetti Snapper who must avoid STARCH, I am always trying these Pasta replacements. After 8 attempts now, I am sold....But for cooking a full box, I had to increase the SALT in the water to 1-TBLSPN, ADD 1-TBLSPN Olive Oil to the water, increase boil time by 2 minutes with a lot of stirring to coat the pasta with Olive Oil.The flavor is very close to dry pasta, and the texture is the best Pasta Replacement I have tried.Thank You!

Delicious, and high in protein!
This pasta is really good! It basically tastes exactly like normal pasta. You only have to boil it for about 6-7 minutes. Too much longer, it would probably become really mushy. I tried it plain before adding some vegan pesto and it was delicious. I also tried the cold leftovers that had been sitting in the fridge and the texture and taste wasn’t bad at all! I now plan on making a pasta salad using these noodles! I wished I was able to find these in stores because I would always buy it.

Great for low-carb meals
This has become my go-to for pasta nights. It’s filling without the carb crash, and the texture holds up well with sauces. I like that it's plant-based and gluten-free too.

Impasta!
Under no circumstances should this be called pasta. It doesn’t taste bad, but if you’re looking for something that looks, feels and tastes like pasta, you won’t find it in this product. Has a texture more like gluten free pasta, but even more gritty.

Impressed with the texture
I was skeptical, but this actually cooks up like regular pasta. I made a baked ziti with it and couldn’t tell it was low carb.

Not perfect, but good pasta Alternative
Definitely a good product. I recommend it. The taste isn’t exactly like traditional pasta, but that’s understandable considering it has way fewer carbs. If you weigh taste against the health benefits (low in carbs, high in protein), I’d say it’s a positive balance. To summarize: the taste—and especially the texture—isn’t as good as real pasta, but it’s a great low-carb alternative. The texture is a bit chewy and slightly grainy, soft on the outside and a bit firmer inside. The downside: the texture (as mentioned) and, at least in my case, it caused a lot of gas… so if you want to turn into a skunk the day after eating it, this might help you get there!Overall, I’d give it between 3 and 4 stars. It’s a solid option if you like pasta but want to keep your carb intake low.

Acquired taste
It’s NOT pasta. It’s the lupin bean, so be careful if you think you’re going to eat half the box in one setting. You do that and you’re going to be in the bathroom with cramps and gassing up the place. If you’re the least bit sensitive to beans, this stuff ain’t for you. The good news is it’s great if you’re replacing a carb in your meal. This will not spike your blood sugar. Great for diabetics. The issue is the taste isn’t pasta. It’s nothing like pasta. I’ve cooked mine for 7 minutes to get it Al Dente or as close to it without overcooking it by a minute. You can’t make leftovers because the stuff will crumble.Lastly, it’s criminally expensive. $11 for a box of this stuff is dumb. My advice to anyone is if you’re finicky about your food, don’t bother. You’re going to think it sucks loads.
