Really enjoyed this book. Great insights into the science behind breath and how that affects our bodies and minds and how we can understand it better to improve our lives. Rebecca’s podcast “and breathe” is also wonderful to listen to with the accompanying exercises. The book exercises are accessible and cover a variety of needs. Marvellous

Let It Go - A Good Read
Since buying this book I’m onto my third time reading it. I feel it is definitely one you can dip into when needed, or fully read over and over again.

The most brilliant book to help with anxiety
I loved this book. Read it in two sittings and have lots of post it notes sticking out of the most helpful pages. Rebecca writes so well. Very easy to understand. Excellent for all ages.

Fantastic book. Really helps!
This book is excellent. So good to learn more about the breathe. After doing mindfulness for a long time it’s great to take it one step further. V easy to follow and the writer is inspirational.

Simply…life changing 🙏🏼
Got given this book as a present from my sister and I honestly couldn’t rate it more highly. The content is incredibly knowledgable and interesting, yet simplistic enough for everyone to understand and digest. It’s a great introduction to the magic that simple breathing techniques can bring in to a persons life. For anyone dealing with anxiety, stress, trauma, confidence, energy or happiness problems - this book is for you. It’s been life changing! Thank you Rebecca! T&T
