My bike is adult small size. The lock is too big to fit into the frame so I have to install the bracket here. Anyway, the quality of this lock is good.

I already have 2 of these so know what they areThis is not the highest security level you can get but it should be a good enough deterrent - its really for leaving a bike in a visible public place for not too long a durationThis model has a different design of the shackle to my older models - it now moves the lock mechanism onto each end of the U - my other earlier models only locked on one end. Not sure if this is an improvement or not - but it feels like it should beThe cable is long enough to use around either the front or rear when but probably not both at the same time - so you put the shackle round the frame and a robust bar to lock the bike and use the cable to secure the wheelsWe aren't using the mounting bracket - the lock is carried in a small rucksack so can't comment on the effectiveness or convenience of the bracket

Looks strong and solid and pleased with the purchase. I hope it will protect my bike long enough to stop any thief while I pop into a shop or have a cup of coffee where I can see the bike. Easy to use.

strong lock , but key not great - half the time struggle to get it in and out - tonight nearly couldnt get key in at all ! - is it wearing out already ? time will tell. bit disappointing - just make a good key !

Great lock and deterrent for would be thieves.
