Good value for money.
This bedframe is nice for the money. It seems stable but you need to just be gentle and careful using the roll in drawers. It's not heavy duty but is great if it is not abused. It gives a great amount of storage for a small space.

Relatively easy to assemble but a definite two- person job. Looks good and pretty comfortable. The storage drawers are a nice touch.

Good but it came with defect.
The bed is good. But one of the screws does not tie well. And one of the drawers has a metal part sticking out. I've sent an email to the company with no response.

Damaged product received
This bed was a disappointment. The quality was not impressive as the bars to stabilize the bed came damaged from manufacturing and they had tried to fix but had suppressed the connections so that the cross bar would not go together. The concept of the bed was excellent, I love that but the quality ruined it.

Nice bed damaged in shipment
The bed was well package. Good quality. I waited extra time to have it delivered. The delivery service’s were ruthless and damaged the frame beyond the ability to assemble the bed. Pick up service from Pilot is terrible. I’m not happy. I have to wait for weeks to get a credit.

Didn't come with necessary parts for assembly.
Initially came with missing boards and wrong screws but one call and they sent a replacement. Solid bed and easy to put together once you lay everything out and have the right parts.
