Excellent pc. I am new to window 10 so takes a bit of getting used to. But having the pc start up so quickly is a huge boost for me(Ancient Surfer)Only nagging problem is the dvd derive which either does not open when you press the button or opens later. I think the switch sensitivity needs increasing, if that is possible, or change the mechanical function that opens the drive.However coupled with my new monitor this pc is the business...Highly recommended.

This is my second Zoostorm upgrading from an earlier model. No problems, easy to set up and more speed than older model.

My i5 example appears, in everyday use, to be just as fast as my other Zoomstorm, an i7. It’s quiet, fast and, from the box, everything worked as expected. There was no bloatware to get rid of and, as point of interest, 1997-2000 versions of Word, Publisher, etc all work on Windows 10 from 2017 (though you have to click past some small glitches when installing). This model could really do with another 4 USB3 ports - and another couple on the front would not go amiss either. Another small moan: Zoomstrom still have not modified the horrid button that opens the DVD drive – it functions of course, but has the feel of a child’s cheap toy. Sourced by Amazon from eBuyer it was ordered with 16 MB of RAM, but came with only 8. As of 10/07/17 this is an ongoing problem – and I’ll update (the first reply from Ebuyer was that they had no record of the transaction…) Update: I never managed to get the extra RAM - due to lack of time I gave up after spending far too long on the phone and emailing. I suppose I should have sent it straight back. Isn't hindsight great....

Much slower machine than expected. Note case size as well. It is huge.

Seems a bit slower than I'd hoped and annoyingly came without Bluetooth so I had to get a dongle for that. I bought this to use instead of an older Asus that is slowing due to all the video stuff I do , but despite the fact that most of it seems to be Asus it is hardly any faster. On the plus side it has an enormous hard drive and doesn't seem to crash as often in the middle of something

Great all round computer plenty of memory

Arrived at my remote island location without any issue. Seems to be working well so far, just wish my internet speed was good enough to give this PC something to do.
