Having come across this type of product and looking into a little bit, it seemed like this would be an interesting method of working with breathing or cleaning out lungs, sort of like a neti pot for the lungs.I suppose it's using vibrations caused by breathing into the device and those vibrations cause mucus and other phlegm, etc. to become dislodged that you can then spit out or it will come out later on its own. Very basic idea as I understand it.To be honest, this is the kind of product that you are going to have to make a habit of using or otherwise you are not going to see any changes. If you would want to do that and make those changes to spend the time to do this, then you will be further along than myself. I'm not at point to say I have seen any changes.

The first time my husband used it, he could feel that it was listening the phlegm in his lungs. It does exactly what it is supposed to do.

I was very excited to use this product. I am a woman in her sixties, never smoked, I work out 6 days a week, and take no meds except for occasional Allegra 60mg for seasonal allergy issues. I just wanted to clear my lungs and improve my breathing.It was extremely easy to use (with photo instructions included) and is a very simple design. So no issues there.I used it for about 5-10 minutes, twice a day, for about a week and a half. Sadly, it did not improve my lung capacity or really assist with expelling mucus.I’m not saying it won’t work for someone else (hence the 3 stars) but unfortunately it didn’t do anything for me.

I thought I would feel the vibrations more in my lungs than the product produces.
