Wow really did relieve my foot pains ,plantar fasciitis, especially in the morning , previously I'd wake up and the first steps were agony , now its not so , there is still discomfort better 100 % better than before. I still cant walk bare footed and woudl suggest you always have a supporting slipper near to slip into ,I use an orthopedic type sandal ,these sleeves though are wonderful got them on 24/7 , I alternate them , wash one and then wear the other and keep swapping, just a simple cool swill in the sink or in the shower , hang it on radiator to dry , don't machine wash or tumble .PS I also bought some Rieker Footwear on Amazon and they are wonderful as well in supporting this condition along with this sleeve

What a brilliant product. I suffer from severe ankle arthritis. I have used this product for a week and has great results. The product I received had a few threads missing. I notified the seller and they offered a replacement without any issues. This product for me was a life saver as I can actually walk. I suffer from constant flare ups as my stabiliser bones are really worn down. I would really recommend this product! It's worth the money.

Arrived quickly and well packaged. I have had plantar for some time and tried various inserts, pain relief and injections as a last resort. Thought I would try these as something different and have found they work quite well . Comfortable to wear all day and give the foot the compression support it needs. Thank you. Would suggest easier access to the size chart though, only found the size I needed through the q/a section.

I'm a size 11 in footwear and ordered the XL size and had to return as they was way to big and covered most of my toes up and squeezing them together which was very uncomfortable and not good for the health of my toes.

These have really helped my husband's swollen ankles. He suffers from psoriatic arthritis and when his ankles flared he found it really hard to walk, today he has been almost pain free!

Brought these for my husband who suffers with gout and osteoarthritis in his feet and ankles. he has limited movement and several crystals which affect his gate. We brought these a size bigger than recommended because we just wanted gentle compression and they work a treat. Also help to keep his feet warm without being sweaty. Highly recommend.

Altho they look good quality, and arrived a day earlier than scheduled, I couldn't get them over my toes never mind over my foot. Way too tight and I nearly broke my thumb trying to get them on. Yes, I did measure my ankle and ordered the size from the size list on the website. My ankle measures 9&1/2 inches so I ordered medium.I contacted customer services and they are sending me another pair, free of charge which is extremely good of them.

I have been surprised at how much relief these bring considering how much discomfort I have been in. I agree with other messages regarding how important it is to get the sizing right as this will make all the difference. Frankly I don't know if is the compression effect or the copper content, or both, that make these so effective but I would recommend them nonetheless.

These do work. They have helped my husband a lot, but not sure if they have copper in them or not. The support is helping his foot pain at least

I can't say enough about this product and the company behind it! After doing a bunch of research, I finally chose these sleeves - the description was great, the details were explained, the reviews were good and the price was reasonable. First, I got a call from the company telling me that the sleeves were going to be delayed a day or so and would that be ok. They actually called! A person with a name called me to keep me informed. That alone impressed me that I would have waited weeks for these! But I didn't have to - 2 days later, they arrived. I have trouble just getting out of bed in the morning. I have to do stretches and massages just to be able to put my feet on the floor and start walking. I have very bad plantar fasciitis as well as ankle issues. I put these sleeves on, under socks (another reason I chose these) and wore them for the day. They felt great from the moment I had them on, but still - I held out little hope. I took them off prior to going to sleep. Even before falling asleep, I was pleasantly surprised - my feet were not hurting. AT ALL! Sometimes, the pain would keep me awake for quite some time. The next day? I was able to get out of bed with no stretches and no exercises and no massage. I just got up! No pain - nothing! I love these sleeves! I don't know if it is the compression or the copper and I don't care. They feel amazing and work so well, I am going to buy more so I can wear them all the time. They even look nice enough that I would wear them in the summer with sandals and flip flops! I've already sent a link to friends and family - my aunt and uncle both have problems and they're going to try these. I can't recommend these highly enough - but even more important - if you are considering sleeves, I strongly advise this company. These are amazing! I started using one for my knee not long ago, and it has helped tremendously. That knee had surgery on it years ago and recently I started having pain in both ankles, but mainly in that same leg with the repaired knee. And once I knew the copper knee sleeve helped me stay mobile, I knew it would work for my ankles. I wanted to buy a double pack and when I read this was "one pair" thinking pair meant 2.... I thought it was perfect. Except,even with the lable saying "one pair" only one sleeve came, ultimately forcing me to buy 2 separate packs. So if the packaging was correctly labeled for the quantity within, I'd give this 5 stars. I also knocked a star off bc the seem around the opening of the heal digs into my skin a bit, I'm sure after some wear, I'll rarely notice it. But it is quite uncomfortable. Despite those 2 flaws, I do wear these daily, and no longer have pain over night, so I start with less pain throughout the day and have better nights.
