The answer is you cannot replace the bulb. So it's pretty much useless once it burns off. I would stay away from this purchase. The seller places pictures that make it look 4 times larger than it actually is. It took longer than promised to deliver and finally it burnt off two months into installing it. Utterly useless product.

It's both. But stay away. They fool you with their pictures thinking that it's large. It's actually quite small. LED lights burn off after a few months and you have to toss the whole thing out. Useless product. Stay away
