Great treadmill, have patience putting it together, it's worth it.
The media could not be loaded. This is the second time I have purchased this treadmill. The first time was for family, this time it was for me. It came as expected, quite a heavy box, but I unboxed it ok on my own. There are quite good videos online to help with assembly along with written instructions. I would not say it was easy to assemble, it did require a bit of 'jigging and wiggling' to get it to fit the parts together (the console has to be fitted). It did come together, had to have a bit of patience, didn't take too long and worked well. I like that it is not too noisy to operate, it has a good range of speed (although I mainly use it for walking). I particularly like the incline feature, it goes up to 20%. There are fast keys to get your speed up to 5 or 8 km etc. There is a safety clip so that if you miss step the treadmill will cut out. I tend to leave the treadmill down as it is used daily, but I know that it can be put into a more upright position if you need your floorspace back. I have had no problems using this treadmill and happy to recommend it. It has a good screen, with large digits, I find it quite sturdy, although have not tested it at high speed. It also has pre-made programs that I have not tried. The hand rests/rails are good and you can control the speed and incline from the rails or the dashboard/console. Overall this treadmill is good value, and the delivery was very efficient, and delivery details were communicated well.

Go on, treat yourself, you deserve it.
I bought this treadmill after doing a fair few hours research and finally took the plunge. I can say it was a plunge worth taking!I literally had no idea about what I should really be looking for so I took time to read the comments left against this item. It was useful to understand about delivery, assembly and little niggles to watch out for.Delivery was great - the tracker app showed me exactly what time I should expect the treadmill to arrive, which meant I could go to work without waiting in all day. I'd read from other users that the delivery team would not take the package upstairs (it's pretty heavy - around 75kg) but I wanted it in my office room on the 1st floor. It may have helped that my girlfriend is 6 months pregnant and they could have took pity on me (lifting the treadmill by myself, not having a pregnant girlfriend ha).So thankfully I didn't break my back moving it by myself. It is a very heavy product so would recommend getting 2 people to do the unpacking and moving. Assembly only takes one person. I found the instructions very basic. I'd been used to putting up a load of flat pack furniture from IKEA (see pregnant gf detail above) and whilst I'm not comparing a high tech treadmill to a £40 chest of low end Swedish drawers, I found the instructions for the treadmill quite hastily put together in comparison. Not extremely difficult to follow but I think they can be clearer. The only issue I had with my treadmill when putting together was that the console unit could not be moved without getting a pair of pliers to loosen the connecting screws around the handle bar. This is not in the instructions and I've seen that point mentioned a few times on here - it should be so that you're not left scratching your head/worried that you might snap the console in half when adjusting it as per the instructions. After all that, I ran 5km on my first run and found it great. You get the feel of a real quality product (certainly the base unit) and the nice little touches such as the speakers made it feel more premium. The buttons on the treadmill arm work nicely and the console and belt respond to them instantly - there is very little lag when turning the speed up which is great when you're doing interval training.Would definitely recommend - I had no idea how much I should be spending on a home treadmill but this one feels like it's perfectly weighted, the quality is present and the price bracket is right.I also bought this with a rubber mat to prevent my next door neighbor from attacking me.Thanks and run for fun!Stevarge

Good, sturdy treadmill
Good, solid treadmill that is very sturdy one assembled. Took a little while to assemble but I was taking my time & ensuring everything was correct & tightly screwed. Haven't tried the programs yet but they appear easy to use & you can program the first 3 to your own programs. There is Bluetooth but I couldn't connect, probably user error, will try again. Overall very pleased with this treadmill.

... fight against type 2 diabetes (brought on mainly by poor diet and obesity and being a couch potato
I am a 59 year old who bought this item to assist in my fight against type 2 diabetes (brought on mainly by poor diet and obesity and being a couch potato.) I have waited for nearly 4 months to write my review being as it is a good 25 years since I have done any real physical exercise.I was 15 1/2 stone when I bought this beauty and now I am 14st 3lbs at my last weigh in and my diabetes is well under control. The item is very heavy and easy to put together but you do have to carefully take the console apart to fit it properly. The controls are really easy to operate and the maintenance instructions are clear and concise.I do not use the pre - programmes but started back in March doing some light walking and speed walking for the first week or so just to be on the safe side learning how to breathe properly and generally getting used to the machine and its speed and incline decline functions. When I felt ready I then started some light jogging for 2000m gradually picking up the pace when I felt I was getting stronger and after the first week I began adding 5% incline and increased to 4000m and have increased the distance and varied my speed and inclines. I now do 10000m flat at a brisk pace (for me anyway) and then I vary the next time by including inclines to 15% that takes me longer to complete but I love the challenge. This machine is really a very good and very reasonably priced machine and I love the fact that I can play my 60's and 70's music whilst I am training and I have not as yet found any faults with it. I constantly check the running belt as instructed and have not had to alter it yet but I do lubricate regularly as instructed. I would advise any new or experienced treadmill user to buy this as it has controls to suit everybody. I am not an experienced exerciser by any stretch of the imagination but this item has given me the confidence and will, to push myself a little more each time I use it and it has actually changed my life.
