Opened the box and saw one of the jars is broken.

Great for sourdough starter
I love these jars for sourdough starter. They are great to use and large so it allows the starter to grow. The temperature strips are large so I placed them sideways on my jar. The color on the temperature strips is faint, but definitely works with the temperature of the room. I definitely recommend these jars for sourdough starter, especially since the other jars on Amazon are over priced.
