Little VOX, Big Performance!.
It’s awesome for the money. Sounds good, even better when adding an eq pedal before going into the input to pull out a bit of mud and add some presence. Top panel I have treble set at 10 o’clock, bass at 2 o’clock. Gain up about half way and volume about 9 oclock. Gives it a really chimey clean tone. Then I add an overdrive pedal to replicate a bit of breakup. It takes pedals well. I would advise getting a reverb pedal as the amp doesn’t have it.This will be my jamming at home and teaching amp, because it sounds really good.I am highly impressed.

Looks and sounds bigger then other 10W amps.
For a 10W amp, this is perfect for home or gig use. The cab is very stylish and looks expensive and is quite heavy for it's size, as you would expect from a vox amp. This VOX Bulldog 6.5'' Speaker amp is very loud and only needs to be set on low if using at home. Includes, Bass, treble and Gain controls plus a punch in Clean/Overdrive button control are easy to use and sounds very retro on clean, or can used for hard rock. Some of the other brand 10W amps i have seen look quite cheap compared to this one.

Fantastic as always but a bit noisy
We all know vox are great. Obviously I'm a fan and user of ac30s etc and ruby pre amp owner, got this for a lil practice amp for going places, small areas, visiting my parents for the week etc as I live in the states and they live in the UK.It's noisy... Not as noisy as the fender 10w but it is noisy and isn't a fan of pedals. It's great for clean stuff and the Distortion is nice on it, but just plug directly in with your guitar I'd avoid peddles with this.I returned it and got the blackstar 40w instead. An extra 100 but totally worth it with its loop, foots witch input, phones and even a lil reverb setting on it too, looks super nice too, beautiful sound, never thought I'd have a blackstar but no regrets!Great lil Amp for a beginner or something that takes up little space and just plug and play scenarios. Classic vox sounds. Just a shame it doesn't like peddles and the Distortion is super noisy with buzzing and humming!

Full points.
Fantastic practice amp.Got it for my daughter’s birthday.Tried a couple of my guitars through it and they sounded great.Really warm sound for a 10W amplifier. The only thing it’s missing is built in reverb but that’s not a real problem.A reverb pedal does the job.The overdrive sounds lovely and warm too once you get the setting right to your preference.

It is small, light, and easy to transport. I was a bit sceptical about the speaker, as it is only 6", but my fears were unfounded. It has a nice crisp, distortion-free sound even at higher volumes.Perfect practice amp or for small venues.

Voxx amp
Absolutely great for practice. I play the electric and bass and the amount is versatile enough to work for both. I wouldn't recommend it for large performances especially if there are multiple other instruments but in terms of practice or smaller performances it gets the job done well. It's really light and fairly small so it's easy to carry.

It's a VOX with a true VOX sound.
I'm old - and fell in love with the VOX sound very early in my guiar playing journey. In 1967, I managed to buy a second hand VOX AC 30 for £55 which a sold and bought a 50 watt Selmer Zodiac valve amp.Although I went on to use a selection of guitar amps and amp simulator pedals I always tried to recapture the VOX sound in my head and failed. After reading reviews and watching demos on YouTube which don't do the Pathfinder justice, I parted with some hard earned cash for the little 10 watt amp. When I'd unboxed it my first reaction was that it looks amazing with the calssic VOX look. When switched on and a Strat plugged in ...... I had the sound back. These are a great little amp, louder and clearer than I expected. There is no reverb built in but I use a VOX StompLab 1G which has loads of effects to play with.If you are reading this, you must be thinking of getting a Pathfinder - stop thinking and just buy one, you won't be dissapointed.
