I added resveratrol to my daily supplements, which I'm using instead of the low dose stations I took before. My main reason for taking this, fish oil, and psyllium, is to help keep cholesterol in check without the side-effects of statin drugs, which I could tolerate to get me down to the healthy level, but can't tolerate long term. So far these three seem to be doing a good job of keeping my levels where they should be. I'm very happy with this brand, and like the dosage and the price.
