I have had this printer for a few months, and it works great. Very easy to print from your phone, easy to set up with the free app, and prints crazy fast. I have not set up a free account with it, and it still works well. The labels look small but very readable. I have only used it for eBay, and it works well. We used a laser printer before, and while it worked well, it was more expensive to run than this one. I have not used it enough to have to replace anything, so I don't have info on how long it will last, but very happy with this purchase so far.

Customer service with the manufacturer, Munbyn, is exceptional! I sent an email to support@munbyn.com about a printing issue that I was having. Honestly, I didn’t expect to hear from a “support” email address and was completely wrong. Within a two hour window, a tech responded, sent instructions for a test, I uploaded the results, they diagnosed the problem and the issue was resolved - all via email. Contact them before giving up or writing an unflattering review. This should be a customer service model for all - thank you, Munbyn tech staff.

Love it! It’s really easy to set up and connect to Bluetooth via the app. Everything is printed clearly. The size is compact and small enough to store on a desk without taking up space. It came with some labels which was enough to do test runs on and a few orders. It’s really great. Excellent for its price!

First of all, the instructions for this are terrible. You basically have to fill in the blanks yourself how to get it started. The app the company refers you to isn't even available on the Apple Store, so you have to use your phone. Then loading the labels is a whole different fiasco. I keep getting an error message no matter what I do. When I refer to the instructions for the label set up, again the instructions are completely vague and unhelpful. It doesn't even tell you how to position the label. I've tried everything and this does not work.I wish I could return it, but I'm past the return date. Would NOT recommend. Please go with a different label printer.

Tuve problemas con el primer equipo que recibí (no imprimía y la luz roja parpadeaba), pero el soporte de MUNBYN fue excelente. Me ayudaron a intentar solucionarlo y cuando no funcionó, me ofrecieron un reemplazo por garantía sin problemas. Muy buena atención al cliente.
