This is the best pillow I have ever purchased. My husband and I both are prone to have issues with neck, shoulder, and upper back pain after sleeping. We have both converted to this pillow after trying a number of other options and I'm so glad that we gave it a try. I sleep on my side or back and I do still have some days when I wake up with shoulder pain, but it is a vast improvement. The memory foam is firm and has not lost it's shape at all. The cover comes off and is machine washable which is always a good thing. I have only had mine for two months but I can safely say that I will buy this again when I need a new pillow and my husband has had his for close to a year now with no complaints.

I love this pillow it is the most comfortable pillow I have ever slept on. I have a dozen different pillows I have purchased trying to find one that keeps my neck stable. I have had 2 cervical neck surgeries and have a difficult time sleeping without pain. After a few nights sleeping on the kacat pillow I have slept the best without pain in as long as I can remember. It also helps shoulder pain. I definitely recommend this pillow if you have difficulty sleeping. I recommended it to my daughter and she also agreed it was a great pillow to have.

I bought this pillow because all the traditional pillows (firm, memory foam, flat, soft) I had in my house that I had tried were all causing me to have neck pain, pinched nerves or "cricks" in my neck so I decided to try this type of pillow. So far it has helped with the neck pain, it's more difficult to find a comfortable position when sleeping because the shape prevents me from being able to lay my head anywhere on the pillow, it has to be in the center, but that is not a design flaw or in any way reflects on the seller or manufacturer that is just my own thing.The pillow got here in good time, it was everything the description said and it has alleviated my neck pain for the most part-there are other issues with my neck and back that the pillow can't help with so it has not completely solved the problem, but it has helped.

Just didn't seem to work for me, I have a problem with my neck going forward and my spine in that area is completely straight. I was hoping this would support the correct curvature, however it seemed to push my neck forward and it is not firm enough to sleep on your side. It Was extremely comfortable but I didn't see it working for as advertised.

I stole my boyfriend’s pillow so he was a good person and bought himself a new pillow and let me have the old one. This is the pillow he bought. Now, I have some qualms about this pillow. While the memory foam is firm and appears to support the structure of the human skull (clearly, it needs it after his day job), this pillow is very oddly shaped. Here’s my issue with it: every time I try to cuddle, my head falls off the pillow. With the old pillow, i could slowly worm my way into the middle of the pillow throughout the night and then swoop! Take it right out from under him without him even knowing. But this one? It’s like a built in defense mechanism. And the even weirder thing is that when I put my own head on it, my head feels trapped—-like it can’t travel anywhere else and the pillow won’t conform to my head. Well. I don’t want to conform my head to a pillow. That just seems to futuristic. I like the olden days. Loosely goosey, that’s what I always say. My boyfriend is sleeping on the couch tonight because he was mean to me. I threw the pillow down with him. I don’t think I’ll conform today. No sir-ee-bob. He says he likes the pillow though, so there’s that. If you are a fan of the bourgeoisie and changing fads, this product might be for you. If you want to close your eyes and dream of a simpler time, you might just have to try a “standard” pillow. I don’t know. Are you up for the challenge?

This pillow has been great! I start out on my back and the “butterfly wings” help keep me from scrunching my neck and shoulder especially when I start migrating to my side. (My shoulder would be rounded and scrunched up against my chin/jaw). Typically I toss and turn and wake up frequently to get comfortable, and this pillow has helped tremendously. Normally I wake up with an achy trapezius and/or shoulder blade. Often that leads to headaches. This pillow has prevented that on most nights/mornings.As far as the smell mentioned in some reviews, there was an odor but it dissipated after letting it air out. The pillow is a little harder than I expected, but it holds its shape. A few nights I have felt like the pillow was pushing my head forward when laying on my back, so I had to use my other pillow (and I have tons of different pillows that sometimes work and sometimes don’t). I think if it were 1/2” lower where it cradles my head it would be perfect all the time. As it is, it is perfect probably about 95% of the time so I am glad I bought it to add to my ever-growing pillow collection.

This has to be one of the most disappointing Amazon purchases I've ever completed. This pillow is FLIMSY and NOT supportive in the slightest. It is a joke to call this a orthopedic style pillow. The pictures I took are 48 hours AFTER I removed it from the carrying case thing that it came in to allow it to "re-set" and return to form. It remained floppy and flat as a pancake. The pictures are even better looking than what it actually looked like in real life. The picture of the pillow in its plastic receptacle is after I let it "breathe" for another 24 hours (so 72 hours total) and decided to send it back to where it came from due to it not getting any better. Hopefully I won't be getting any push-back about returning it because IT IS HORRIBLE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND ANOTHER PILLOW!!!!

I have TMJ as well as having neck and headaches chronically. This pillow makes laying down noticeably less painful for me. I feel it was worth every penny.
