After the first few sets failing to pierce, I went back to known-good consumables. For the past week I would randomly switch to these to verify it wasn't a problem on my end ... nope, if they work at all you might get a couple pierces. Immediately upon switching back to other consumables I could actually get work done. If I hadn't decided to test these, I would have returned them.
