And their mail support is totally useless.See their mail below:We work with a carry-in warranty policy, we don't have an onsite/pickup service. Courier charges are non-refundable by the company; physical damage will not be covered under the warrantyBut I got it replaced by sending it to them.....

It’s good product with this price range. But it doesn’t MFI Certified. It works perfectly. Charging speed upto 20w 0-50% in 30 minutes. So, all over it’s good value for money product.
