Don’t order
I regret not checking the reviews before purchasing this cute lighter. It’s frustrating that it doesn’t work at all; it seems like they put more effort into the packaging than the actual product.

Good choice
Idk what all the other reviews are talking about but the one I got works great. Easy to switch between flames just have to go slow. It holds a fill just fine. And to light it is simple just have to turn the little wheel to open the gas to ignite it. The little wheel is not a level control but the valve to the gas. To control flame size is on the bottom of the lighter.

Needs a lot of work
I got this lighter and I was super excited for the fact that it was switchable and it resembles a gun. I got it and it worked great for about the first day or two and then it wouldn’t hold butane and it would not switch from the soft flame to the torch. So Amazon sent me a replacement. The replacement did the same thing. Love the design and the thought, but this lighter needs quite a bit of work.

after originally posting a review and sharing my disappointment with the quality of this product I was really surprised when the Seller reached out to me to address my concerns and offer to send me a new product free of charge as a way to make it right. I was impressed because smart service and the understanding the Seller provided and I'm happy to say that the new product works perfectly!

Bad egg
I don't know if min was broken but I filled with just a small amount of fluid to test it and it was already turned up high, no matter which way I turned it in either direction it would not go smaller, and whenever I put more fluid in it, you would hear a hissing sound upon opening the valve, and it would actually spit out the fluid. And it would do this until it emptied itself.It would be nice if it came turned to a lower flame, and also with either instructions or even just a sticker on it telling you which way is up or down.. I personally had a bad experience. But up on returning the item I got my refund the same day the UPS guy picked it up. I love the concept. Just got a bad egg.
