Extremely useful
Extremely useful for running longer distances for carrying water and other necessities. Only suggestion would be to wear it a bit tighter than you'd think you need to.... over longer distances it can slide down if not snug enough around your hips or waist. But it was perfect for my needs once I got that part figured out.

My experience
Overall is a good running belt but I would not buy it to use for longer than 6 miles. I did a half marathon and it was awful. It also left bruises on me 😂😳

Stays in place as you run. Fits a variety of sizes. Even with one bottle empty it stays in place.

PYFK running pack
I wanted a running pack I could put my phone in and carry some drinking water. My phone fits fine. The drinking water is a problem however. The bottles are small but fit the spot that is made for them. The water is rather unpalatable as the bottles are a plastic that leaves an unpleasant taste. That is the reason I would not recommend this item

Not only is this product cheap customer service is non existing
I'm a runner and bought this. It broke on a run and I lost my water. It was a hot day too of course. Can't get ahold of anyone about this. On top of that too this happened 4 days after return window.
