Excellent kit. One must be organized to perfection to understand how to handle something so professional. I'm not a lawyer but I have an Associate Degree in Business Administration so I have a bit of understanding... Wrote my own ByLaws (look up your specific state codes and what not)... I write my own minutes up on Word, print them, 3 hole punch, sign, and seal... That being said... The ByLaws and Minute sheets provided are outdated and too impersonal, you will NEED to know how to write them up while operating within the rights of your specific STATE LAWS.The binder is of superb quality... The stock certificates are also outstanding quality... Stock ledger of the same and the tabs are very professional... Came in 2 days although they said it would take 10.I also purchased a corporate seal externally due to the low quality of the seal provided within this kit. It's a seal but a few letters were incomprehensible and none were in CAPITOL LETTERS.

This customize kit was a life saver! The seals turned out amazingly and the overall quality of the binders and contents is spot on. I was having trouble finding something like this for a good price in order to help me with a project I was doing for work and I will definitely be using these again!

There is little that is professional about it. The burgundy vinal is very cheap looking. The printer obviously has some issues because certain areas were faded throughout the printed documents. I specifically noted non-profit and was sent articles and paperwork for a not-for-profit, which isn't the same thing at all. I also don't need my entire corporate kit to be an advertisement for the company that produced it and literally all throughout this kit, the company emblazoned their name across the button of requested pages, including all the members certificates. The certificates note on the front to turn over fruit definitely on the reverse. The reverse is totally blank. Even my corporate seal was dirty looking as if some film or powder was left in it prior to shipping out.This entire chest binder could have been purchased at Walmart for 5 bucks. The paperwork is also generic and the information easily pulled from online and printed for a few dollars. The corporate seal is only $10-15 elsewhere. This kit is WAY overpriced for what you receive. Nothing about it is really customized either, save the seal. I was expecting my company name to be printed on the binder or sleeve...somewhere assist from just the paperwork and it's nowhere. When they say "customized binder" it's highly deceiving. I want a refund and will be contacting my credit card company if I do not receive one.
