I was impressed right away by this brand by looking at all the diverse strains that this pro and pre biotic has. The capsules were easy to swallow, there was no funny aftertaste and it did not bother my stomach even though I mostly took this on a empty stomach. I will also say after completing this bottle it kept me pretty regular which ha not always been the case. I will order again.

Overall this appears to be a good pre snd pro biotic that can be take once a day. This is non gmo and vegan two major draws for me. It is also convenient that it does not have to be refrigerated. Where it falls short is that it is not 3rd party tested. So while it certainly seems to have many high quality pre and pro biotic strains, the claims made on the label have not been verified. As the FDA does not regulate supplements there is no way to know for sure exactly what you are getting without the 3rd party testing unfortunately.

This is a gel capsule that is what you would typically find in a supplement of this type. Personally, I did not find it difficult to consume but that is subjective. The pill has no taste or smell and I included a picture next to a ruler for scale.

My wife likes eating yogurt with active cultures for probiotics and Trader Joes brand is one of her favorites. Compared to that, these contain some like Lactobacillus Acidophilus and Lactobacillus Rhamnosus. It also has ingredients that overlap with Azo brand prebiotic + probiotic capsules: Lactobacillus Rhamnosus, Lactobacillus gasseri, and Fructooligosaccharide. Pricing wise, comparing the cost per capsule over a month using the current product price, is comparable to rather expensive cup of yogurt a day. It's nice the product is in capsule form so you don't really taste anything, or you can mix the powder inside into a smoothie.

This is a fairly large capsule, but not too large that it's bothersome. I like that this only has probiotics in it, and not a lot of extra chemicals or added vitamins. This has a massive amount of probiotics in it too, and these and others like it have helped my gut issues. I would like to see that this is 3rd party tested. The label tells you where it's distributed from, but not where it's made. That's info I'd like to know. Due to those items, and, for the high price for only 30 capsules, I have to go 4 stars instead of 5.

The capsules are small and have no taste and light smell. They are easy to swallow. I can feel a difference in digestive health. It has helped me.
