I absolutely love this thing. 1st time mom and didn’t know what items i needed or didn’t so we didn’t order much of the extras like a wipe warmer . But i am glad we got this, you have to learn how to use it ( as no one reads instructions) but i learned if put put foot an pedal to open, put diaper in and let go, put foot on pedal again and it will send the diaper down the bag. Having a new born i change the bag a lot but it helps with the smell and keeping it clean . I do not want diaper smell in my kitchen trash and i do not want to be taking little plastic bags out all the time. Simple yet perfect. Only suggestion would be maybe a little larger size 🤷🏻‍♀️./

We use Diaper Genies for our dog. We keep it on our screened in porch. When we put our boy down last week, we tossed the old one. Since we’re rescuing another this weekend and had refills from the last one, I wanted to find one that was compatible and this one is it! It’s all we need. It’s sturdy, easy to empty and refill, and has more odor control too.

This is my second diaper genie. The first one finally broke down and this newer one has addressed all the things that were less than perfect about the older model. Very happy.

If you're on the fence of which Diaper genie to use, I promise this is it. I had one that I had to press on the button and the lid would open and I would immediately get a big whiff of those stinky diapers. With this one, flaps open up when you need to thrown in a diaper and immediately close once you take your foot of the step button.

Overall, the product is good, but it came missing an item. It did not come with the carbon filter holder.

Definitely a must have for odor relief if you have a kid in diapers. The inserts last a long time. We also have a dog who cannot get into it.

Got this for my sister for her baby shower. Easy to use and clean. Looks sleek in the nursery. My sister says she doesn’t smell any diapers so it’s doing the job.
