Viper Element 90% Tungsten Soft Tip Darts with Storage/Travel Case, 18 Grams

These are great darts. Fly straight and after 20 years of throwing darts within the first 2 online games threw my first 180!!!! Highly recommend.

I rarely leave reviews, but after my experience with this purchase, I had to.I purchased the Viper Elite 18g (barrel weight) soft tip darts on Sunday….they arrived 2 days later on tuesday (perfect bc I have league on Wednesday😉). There are 3 grip options (knurled, ringed, or ridgeback). I selected ridgeback since they were slightly cheaper around $36, but all grips look excellent. I had searched around and this was a great buy on a 90% tungsten dart set! The set comes with one complete set of darts, including aluminum shafts, and flight protectors, as well as 1 extra set of flights, 1 extra set of nylon shafts, and some extra 2ba tips, all enclosed in a functional storage case. They also threw in a nice 1”x3” Viper logo sticker👍.Now for performance: The darts have a great hand feel, and the ridgeback grip is perfectly located for my thumb placement. I love the slim shaft allowing for tight groupings without bounce outs, and they feel extremely well balanced. I included 2 pictures of my very first practice rounds with these darts. Literally my first 6 throws with these darts!! First round at bullseye resulted in single bull, double bull, double bull…..Second round at 20’s were 3 triples!!! Needless to say, I can’t wait to use them in league tonight.After those 2 rounds, I instantly got back on Amazon and ordered the same set with the ringed grip option for about the same price ($37ish). These dart’s obviously work great for me and I would highly recommend them! The price is a great value for 90% tungsten barrels and they out performed other higher priced darts I own. You won’t be disappointed if you purchase these.

Good darts for the average person that plays darts!

Purchased the knurled grip as my first 90% or greater tungsten darts. Have been throwing them for four months and could not be happier for the price point after switching out the stem and flights.

The media could not be loaded. All in all I enjoy these darts very much. The dart tips are very strong and flexible and after about 50 games probably one tip got what looks like a crack in it and I tried to break it and it refused.Doing a quick search online I can't seem to find replacement shafts of the same kind if I wanted them is the only drawback I've found.

I revieved a decent set for free, so wanted to buy a new set. 1st time buying darts and I'm happy I went with these. Case is really nice as well.I did have to end up buying more tips since the ones that came with it broke already.Fetchings broke pretty fast. I'm on the 2nd set already and need to replace them again.(been a month)Overall though I like them

Please keep in mind these are the first "real" darts I have thrown. The only darts previously thrown are the ones that came with the board and a cheap set that I regretfully picked up at Walmart.At first I was a little weary about them being 18 grams (the safe spot seems to be 16 grams for leagues), but upon throwing them I became attached.Pros:-They look good-It grips very comfortably and the dart never feels like it is going to slide out of your hand-More rectangular flights, I prefer it when grouping closely-The throw very niceCons:-The case isn't very functional, more of a stylish presentation-Only comes with the initial tips, although they are cheap enough separately-Only one set of flights, a second set would have been nice-A little pricey, although it is to be expected with tungstenOverall I really like these darts and think that they will be my preferred soft-tips for some time.
