Product was working well for 7 days. On 8th day, display spoiled. I can see from my mobile app that watch is tracking my steps, sleep etc. However no display in the watch. Contacted customer care. Response is very poor. They sent a link for trouble shoot. Nothing happened. Then they message, exicutive will call in next 48 hours. It's more than 30 hours, no one called. If the watch display spoiled within 8 days, I wonder what is it's quality. Contacted one number shown by Google as service centre. But that number not responding. See the tragedy, display spoiled next day of closure of return date.They repaired/replaced the watch to my satisfaction

The watch is amazing. It has extremely accurate sleep tracking, spo2, heart rate tracking, perp eter and so many more sports features. The customisable watchface is amazing and the app UI is also easy to use. The watch UI is also very aesthetic and comforting. It also has reminders for drinking water and washing hands, flashlight, amazing calling, long bt range , music control. My only drawback is that it doesn't have swimming mode. Great watch by noise! Must buy!

The quality of the product is so poor. The charger magent peeled off within 9 months. I have raised a compliant under charging issue category. The support person called me and the behaviour was so rude and they closed the incident saying the category of incident is wrong. And I raised a complient under "other issue" category. Now they are saying it is a physical damage and they won't be able to replace the charger without paying an amount. If this is the quality of the product, even if I buy anew charger, there is no guarantee that this will last. They know that without charger, we can't use the watch. So this is just exploiting the situation. Guys, buy noise products at your own risk.

After 3 weeks of usage ...Seems to be a good one for the mentioned features.My main requirement is to track my walk and workouts. That is satisfied 100 percent. Additional features likeWater reminder Iis very good and it reminds us to drink water.Raise your wrist to wake up the watch is cool and as soon as you raise your hand to see, screen activates but the only thing is that its not quick in responding... should have been faster in response to wrist raise.Health pack anyways good with heartbeat... spo2, stress measure ...Calling feature is good. You have activate the call mode on smart watch while connected to bluetooth. When you receive a call, smart watch also gets a notificationWith ring. You can answer , reject ot send a short message while dealing the call.If you answer from smart watch, you can talk and hear .. very good for quick call in emergency situation where you don't have luxury to pull phone from pocket and answer.Whatsapp and sms Notifications can be enabled, so that we receive new notification on smartwatch when ever new messages sent over whatsapp and sms.Belt if of good quality and perfect fit.Charger is magnetic one and nice.You can add alarms to smart watch clock.StocksWorld.clock and many other features available, yet to dig into those.Overall day 1 experience is good .Cons:Sleep tracker , not sure how accurate it is yet to analyse it for few more nights.Music can just be controlled (Pause, Play, Next and Prev track, volume control only)when it is playing on phone. You cannot hear on the watch, pls note.If you disable raise to wake feature, you have to press the button every time u want to see the screen. It should have come with double tap to wake kind of, similar to phones.Overall: worth giving a try. Worth for the money. Worth as first smart watch. Worth as a smart watch with necessary features.
