Bugaboo Donkey 5 Mono Complete Single Stroller Converts to Side-by-Side Double Stroller, Multiple Seat Positions - Black/Midnight Black-Misty White

I was so torn on which double stroller to get! My wife put me in charge and I am a research guy. I researched every stroller known to man and ended up choosing the Bugaboo Donkey Duo. I normally don’t write reviews, but for this stroller, I HAD to!!First, my wife is impressed with me for choosing this one. She wanted lightweight, still fits through doors, easy to maneuver… but also sturdy, safe, and durable. She told me this type of stroller probably didn’t exist, but I found it :)I do have to say it is a little on the heavier side, but with how easy it is to maneuver, it does not matter at all. Folding it is so easy also, it fits perfect in her huge minivan trunk, but also my small sedan trunk. The versatility of the stroller is also a major win. We have a 22 month old and a newborn and it is so easy to configure with a bassinet and “big girl” seat. When our newborn gets old enough, it will be easy to switch to two toddler seats. I see this stroller as definitely on the more expensive side, but I also see it lasting a very, very long time (unlike our single travel stroller from our 22 month old).Hopefully this helps another parent (and maybe another man tasked with the job make his wife think he’s a genius). Buy the bugaboo donkey duo - trust me, I did all the research!

When I found out baby #2 was on the way, I knew I needed to upgrade to a double stroller that would fit best for our growing family. After some research and deciding what I wanted my next stroller to have, the bugaboo donkey 5 duo fit my criteria perfectly. Most double strollers with the bassinet and seat combination (baby & toddler), are set up where the seat is the front of the bassinet. I absolutely LOVE how this stroller has the ability to have my two little ones side by side! The versatility of this stroller is everything. This stroller is all you will ever need having multiple kids and I’m obsessed! The assembly video that they provide makes putting this stroller together effortless. Run, don’t walk to purchase!

We absolutely love this stroller! We are no strangers to bugaboo and purchased this stroller after a great experience with their Bugaboo single fox. I LOVE this color (navy blue-ish) and the glide of this double. Another amazing thing is that it folds so much easier than the single, I think. There is no lock button when closing it up like the fox has, making it that much quicker and easier to fold down and throw in the back. We have a Tesla model Y and it fits perfectly also. Can also be used as a single with a storage bucket on the side if needed. One note: you do have to purchase an adapter if you have the bugaboo nuna infant car seat like we do. The stroller slides out to be a double and slides back in to be a single, so multi-use is great for this as well. We also have the double Thule urban glide, and comparatively, this stroller is SO MUCH LIGHTER! Definitely would recommend, 5 out of 5 stars!

This stroller has been a game changer for our family. I have only had this stroller for a couple weeks and we are loving it! I’m so glad both seats are able to adjust to different needs depending on the babies. It’s the perfect stroller for my twins to nap on the go. Great stroller purchase. Smooth ride overall! I would definitely recommend this stroller to all families.

Spent months researching top branded strollers to ensure I was making the best buy for my new little one. This stroller offered everything we were seeking, comfort, adaptability, durability, and most importantly convenience of use. My husband was able to quickly follow the instructions and videos and build it with ease. The bassinet is very well constructed and feels comfortable enough for a warm summer day as well as a cooler fall evening. There is enough space in both the under carriage as well as side storage bucket. It maneuvers around very well even through tight spaces and quickly folds with ease. Look no further, I would highly recommend this stroller! We also purchased the Nuna Air car seat and adapter and were quickly able to clip that on as well. 5 out of 5.
