I have this prolyte whenever I desire a boost of energy in my body. This is a great ready-to-drink pack. Cipla yet again proved that their products are an ace! Must have for the people who like to stay active.

I recommend this and I am frequent buyer for my parents. Once I got damaged one pack except other wise this is a better option than the one in market.

It tastes fairly good, such that you could drink it after exercise as long as you don't drink to much of it. The electrolyte effect is better than most, and it doesn't taste as bad as the powdered electrolyte mixes available at the chemist. It is not a powder, but a 200ml liquid container.

I use prolyte daily in the evening after leaving the office which fights all my fatigue and fills me with full of energy

I carry prolyte in my bag so I can have it whenever I feel exhausted during my working hours.

It's decent, I found the orange flavor better.
