Q: What are the diameter, height and inside hole diameter for each of the Model 1 up to 5 ?

They are actually listed on the manufacturer's page in MM dimensions and all of the model 3,4,5 are the same but different resistive proponents for given weight suspension. I use the model 4's on a 40 LB Pioneer PL-L1000 2(tables) and the 5 set for the 45 LB Denon DP-72L with great playability and no issues with resonance.

Q: If I use these with the Scout under the existing feet, will they raise the level of the turntable too much for the separate motor and belt drive?

It depends on how many grooves are on the pulley. The belt will finds its own center.

Each of the Model 4 Vibrapods will support 14 to 18 pounds, per their site. So your amp might be OK on the Model 4. If, like mine, you have heavy transformers in the rear (a tube amp, for instance, with three large transformers at the rear), I would perhaps use a stiffer Vibrapod under the heavier end and a more pliable for the lighter. My power amp is 50 pounds, so I am using 4s on the rear and 3s on the front.
