Haylie Pomroy Fast Metabolism 10-Day Cleanse Kit

Since finding Haylie Pomroy, reading her books and using her products, I have not considered another weight loss plan. I use the 10 Day Detox to jump start the Fast Metablism Diet (FMD) and it works. I recommend Haylie, her books and products whenever anyone asks me about my healthy eating plan.

The first few days I had a headache but the last 2 days of the 10 day cleanse and since then I feel better, really good. I lost 8 lbs which is a good start.

I really liked this shake. It mixes easily in water and isn’t thick like some protein powders. The taste is also pretty good. It’s best if shaken with ice so it’s cold.

Tastes great dispite the color. Never felt hungry
