Look at Me!

This is a MAGIC BOOK - every time we put it in front of our 3month old grandson he quit crying. Every time!! It worked on other babies too. I will buy one for every new mom. It's something about the wide-spaced black eyes on each page that the baby relates to. And then a mirror on the last page -- they love their reflection!!!

My mom got this book for my newborn. 9 months later it is her favorite book. Because it has so large animated animal faces, it will appeal to a very young baby (like 2 months). I bought 5 more and give them as baby gifts.

Second copy of beloved book to keep at grandma's.... adorable, teaching tool for parts of face. My granddaughter ADORES seeing herself at the end!!!

A really great book. LOVED the book! I would have given it 5 stars, but on opening the box, it had a little scratch across the front. I debated whether or not to send it back, but it was a present for my 8 mos old grandson and I didn't have time to get another. He LOVED the book too!

Really cute book, but was pretty beat up on arrival. It is being replaced. Hopefully the next will be better.

I never expected to be writing a review of a board book, but this book is so perfect. The simple, colorful illustrations hold my son's attention and he loves the mirror at the end, but the physical design of the book is the best part, in my opinion. The pages are cut at different angles, making it easy for chubby baby fingers to find and turn the page, and the book is the sturdiest one we own. He literally chewed (!!!) the cover off another book earlier this week, but he's barely managed to rough up the corners on this one. A+
