I didn't read the instructions when I got it because I thought I knew how to insert it - but I could feel it the first few hours I used it. I don't know if this was my body getting used to it or if the position of the fold during insert was the issue, but I never felt it again after inserted it according to the instructions.This cut my period in 1/2. With tampons I usually have my period for 5-6 days (including light spotting the last day). With this menstrual cup my period was only 2-3 days. I also dumped it about the same amount I would have as if I would have replaced a tampon...so about 4-5 times each day. I understand now that it can just sit there the whole day and be safe, but the point is that I don't know if it was the multiple inserts or if I would have the same reduction in period time if it just stayed in the whole day either.The cup traveled upwards a bit after insertion and movement, which was a scary, but it always seemed to settle in the same place and was never a problem. In the back of my mind I had this fear of "what happens if I can't reach it?" which shouldn't happen, but the fear was there, nonetheless.

I've tried it during one cycle so far.. The 1st day wasn't a good experience. I'm 42, so maybe my my vaj is a little more loose but this just wants to pop right out. The ring almost sticks right out And is very noticeable when I'm sitting or or walking. I watched a YouTube video and they said to turn the cup inside out. I tried that and it worked much better. Barely noticeable at that point. If if you have that issue, you might try might try inside out. I'll try it again a couple times and then revise my review

I've been a menstrual cup user for a few years and have tried many different brands but MelunaUSA has by far worked the BEST! It comes with the cup, a cleaning brush, and a super cute drawstring pouch to store it in and detailed instructions that I followed to the T and I had absolutely NO ISSUES with my cup. I love the variety of sizes/handles/colors to choose from. I will definitely recommend this Company and the products they offer to my friends and family.

I would honestly give it 1 star but it earned 2 because of the size which is accurate enough.I have used menstrual cups in the past for almost 2 years already and I’ve been in love with them, but I had to get a new one because I needed a bigger size and I decided to try this one.When I fold it, it kind of stays that way, it doesn’t unfold, so it makes it very difficult to properly place it. I have to insert it like 3 times until I feel it secured enough. That’s sooooooo irritating, the other ones that I’ve bought before were so easy to place, and the material didn’t feel cheap.Terrible. Look somewhere else.

I’ve tried many cups but this one definitely is the best! The material is great, the stem helps a lot to remove it.

I have been using Meluna for years but had to get a new one after having a baby. No Problems, Great Cups, Great Product, and Great Company.

The cup itself isn’t bad, I like that you can choose the stem because I have a hard time with others because the stem is hard to grab. However, I’ve done everything in the world to clean this cup and somehow it smells so terrible. I’ve had it for three days and already it reeks and I’ve been boiling it and using soap and nothing will get rid of the horrid smell the plastic leaves
